Successful candidates will be required to follow our recruitment process. At the interview stage candidates will be required to provide suitable identification, references and proof to work in the UK.
Successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced criminal check through the Disclosure and Barring Service. If a candidate is registered with DBS update H4U Healthcare will require the reference number and a copy of the DBS certificate.
New employees will attend full induction training, which will include Common Induction Training, practical training and shadowing with experienced or senior members of staff.
Employees will also be given ongoing training as they progress in their career with H4U Healthcare. All training is provided free of charge as we are committed to our staff needs and development.
